By downloading, installing, or using the Foodat mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions & Payments
Foodat offers premium features through subscription plans. All payments are processed through Apple App Store (via RevenueCat). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Accuracy of AI Insights

Foodat uses artificial intelligence to extract information from food packaging and suggest recipes based on your inventory. These automated insights are for informational purposes only. We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, safety, or nutritional completeness of these suggestions or extracted data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via in-app notifications or email.
